HEALTH AND WELFARE FUND $ 5.11 per hour $ 5.21
NATIONAL PENSION FUND 2.82 per hour** 2.89
LOCAL PENSION FUND 2.28 per hour** 2.68
($.03 out of Local Pension contribution
per member will be taken and put into
an Administrative Fund)
APPRENTICE EDUCATION FUND .35 per hour** .67
U.A. TRAINING FUND .10 per hour

FOREMAN’S RATE: 10% an hour above the Journeyman rate

GENERAL FOREMAN’S RATE: 20% an hour above the Journeyman rate


Employers signatory to this Agreement hereby agree to an administrative dues check-off of 2% of hourly wages (not to exceed the Journeyman rate of pay) and not to exceed FORTY (40) hours per week, provided that an employee signs and provides the Company with a legal dues deduction authorization card.
In addition, the Employers will also deduct two cents ($.02) per hour worked for the U.A. Local 760 PAC Fund, provided that an employee signs and provides the Company with a deduction authorization form.
